Payment and Delivery

Deliveries within Germany:
We do not charge delivery costs.
International deliveries:

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 days and internationally within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (or after your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, they will be dispatched together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
For collection, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready and explain the collection options. No delivery charges apply in this case.
