You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 1 month without giving any reason.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the appropriately labeled button ("Withdraw from contract") at the bottom of our website in the "Service" section. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) including information on the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of receipt.
You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (www.danholt.de). If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur has no influence on;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
You can also declare your withdrawal electronically via our customer account and order overview. There you can submit a return or cancellation request for your order and thus electronically transmit your withdrawal.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your electronic withdrawal declaration. The statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
