The mounts and charging solutions turn compatible tablets or smartphones into a fixed control or information point, for example for a smart home, room booking or time tracking. The required app or control software belongs to the relevant system and is not replaced by the mount.
sDock is designed for regularly removing your iPad and can rotate depending on the version. sDock Fix suits slim, permanent tablet installations. sDock nano is intended for compatible smartphones or iPod touch models. Exact device compatibility is always essential.
Check your iPad, tablet or smartphone’s model number, generation, screen size and connector. Screen size alone is not enough. The mount, charging cable and power supply must match the particular device version; consult the manufacturer’s compatibility information.
Depending on the installation, you can use a suitable USB power supply, an sCharge flush-mounted power supply or a compatible PoE solution. The connector, charging power and installation dimensions must suit the device and mounting location. Connections to 230 V must be made by a qualified electrician.
Only with a Power+Data solution designed for this purpose, such as sCharge PoE GBit, and a compatible tablet. A power-only PoE adapter does not automatically deliver Ethernet data through the device connector. Check the adapter version, cable, supported PoE standard and the tablet’s Ethernet support.
sNaps holds a compatible iPad magnetically and charges it through its Smart Connector. The iPad’s USB-C port remains available. The stand itself needs a power supply. Choose the sNaps version that matches your iPad’s model and generation.
Accessories for selected sDock Fix mounts support glass surfaces or angled mounting, such as sWedge. Depending on the product, sLock can secure the device. Check the exact version, mounting accessories and what is included; not every mount offers every feature.
No. For magnetic wireless charging, the smartphone and, where required, its case must be compatible with the intended Qi/MagSafe system. WallBase is designed for the wall, PhoneBase for mounting beside a monitor. Both need a suitable power supply; check the details for the particular model.
