Shipping is carried out within Germany, the EU, and worldwide.
Within Germany and the EU, the shipping costs include the applicable statutory VAT.
The delivery of ordered goods is usually made via GLS parcel or merchandise post and is free of charge.
For express shipping, we charge the following shipping costs:

Standard shipping with GLS to countries within the European Union is free of charge for you.
For Switzerland, we charge a shipping contribution of EUR 10,- (Any customs duties and import VAT must be paid by the recipient).
Shipping costs as well as express shipping costs to the EU and third countries will be shown to you at checkout - before completing a purchase.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, any import fees, taxes, or customs duties are generally to be paid by the buyer.
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 1 - 3 business days, for international deliveries to EU countries within 5 - 7 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
