No plug, no Bluetooth, no Wi-Fi – and yet we think it is truly SMART!

As a passionate product developer and designer, I have always been looking for interesting and innovative products. This eventually led to the founding of our online shop for smart technology: health, fitness and sport – until Smart Home ultimately became our main focus.

Home sweet home...
And so, in 2019, we came across a toy manufacturer from Austria at the ISPO sports trade fair in Munich.
At the Scoot & Ride booth, a number of scooters and ride-on toys for children were on display.
Especially the entry-level model for the very youngest children immediately caught our attention!

Easy to convert and adjust.

First crawling, then learning to walk
The HighwayKick 1 – the name of this versatile and well-designed toy – immediately inspired us. How wonderful it would have been to have had this toy when my own four children were making the transition from crawling to walking!

The friendly contact with the founders of Scoot And Ride finally encouraged us to take the experiment and offer this smart children’s toy alongside all our technical Smart Home products.

Today, we offer almost the entire Scoot & Ride range.

From the walking aid and scooter for the youngest children, the Highwaykick 1, to larger models for schoolchildren and teenagers, as well as matching children’s helmets and backpacks, everything is included.
A wide range of carefully coordinated colours completes the collection.

Sustainability
Children’s toys are usually exposed to heavy use. It is good to know that the manufacturer takes this into account with the outstanding quality of its products. And even if something should break or get lost, spare parts are usually available.
